Michael McCormack

MICHAEL STUDIES ECONOMICS AT UMASS-AMHERST, A SCHOOL WHICH IS WELL-KNOWN FOR TEACHING MARXIST ECONOMY. HIS AWARENESS CAME THROUGH HIS YEARS OF STUDIES AT UMASS.

    HE DESCRIBES HIS EXPERIENCE WITH HIS DEBT AS “DREAM CRUSHING.” WHILE ACKNOWLEDGING THAT HE LOVES WHAT HE IS STUDYING AT UMASS, HE ALSO FEELS HAVING HIS DREAM JOB AFTER SCHOOL WOULD NOT BE AN IDEAL SITUATION FOR HIS DEBT PROBLEM.
    THIS FORCES HIM TO NEGOTIATE HIS PASSION WITH A MORE MUNDANE, CORPORATE OPTION OF A 9 TO 5 JOB.

   HE BELIEVES IN THE POWER OF SOCIETY TO STOP THE STUDENT CRISIS.
